What is the Zouk Punjabi Masterclass?

The Punjabi Masterclass is a hands-on cooking session inspired by the food traditions of Punjab. Zouk’s family roots are in Punjab in Pakistan, and the class explores dishes and techniques associated with this wider region of the subcontinent.

What do you learn?

The current class programme includes dishes such as Samosa Chaat, Lamb Chops, Punjabi Lollipops, Chicken Jalfrezi and Lamb Karahi, alongside pilau rice and naan bread.

Guests work at their own cooking stations and prepare dishes with guidance from Zouk chefs. At the end of the session, the food is served as a banquet.

No. The chefs guide guests step by step, so the class is suitable for people who enjoy cooking and want to build confidence with Punjabi dishes.
