Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 3 PM on weekdays or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

 

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (Available for selected items)

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method chosen.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. You will be able to view your shipping cost before finalizing your order. All our parcels are currently shipped via Royal Mail.

 

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the UK. We are working to expand our shipping options to other countries in the near future.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available) to help you track your package. You can also log in to your Zouk Tea Bar account to view your order status and shipping updates.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or you are missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos or further details to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Order Modifications or Cancellations

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you before the order is shipped.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?
Please contact us on info@zoukteabar.co.uk and quote your order number. We will investigate this for you straight away.

 

My order was damaged, what should I do?
In the rare event that your order is damaged on arrival do please take pictures of the order as it arrived. This should include any packaging and close up pictures of the damage. Please send these images to us on info@zoukteabar.co.uk and let us know the date you received your delivery.
