A blend of hot peppers dial up the heat in this flavour-packed Zouk Piri Piri Spice Blend. Perfect as a dry rub for a host of barbecue meats and vegetables such as chicken, fish, aubergine or even sprinkled over fries.
When using as a rub simply pat the seasoning to form a coat or crust over the meat or vegetables and either cook in the oven, barbecue, or sprinkle over food for a little bit of fiery heat. Alternatively, try mixing with olive oil and a little bit of lemon juice to make the perfect marinade.
