This specially curated multi-course tasting menu showcases premium halal meats, contemporary South Asian flavours and innovative culinary craftsmanship designed in partnership with Malik Butchers.

From prime wagyu canapés to USDA Prime Sirloin, each course has been carefully created to celebrate exceptional ingredients and elevated dining.

The Zouk x Malik Dining Experience will be led by private and performance chef Reece Taylor — bringing a fresh, modern edge to contemporary halal dining.

With experience spanning luxury super yachts, private dining events and high-end hospitality, Chef Reece is known for creating immersive culinary experiences centred around premium ingredients, bold flavours and refined presentation.

For this exclusive one-night-only collaboration with Malik Butchers and Zouk Tea Bar & Grill, Chef Reece has curated a specially designed tasting menu blending premium halal produce with global influences — where desi flavours meet an English-Caribbean twist through a refined, contemporary lens.

This is more than just dinner — it’s a carefully curated luxury dining experience designed to showcase exceptional produce and unforgettable flavour combinations.

Zouk’s English Breakfast Reimagined
Spiced potato hash, house-made haricot beans, chilli maple sausage and beef bacon brioche.

Deconstructed Naan & Kebabs
Chargrilled seekh kebab, silken hummus, feta salad and minted yoghurt.

Main Course
USDA Prime Sirloin
Butcher’s cut sirloin with Malik potatoes, rich jus, carrot purée and chow sum sauce.
