Piri Piri Air Fryer Chicken Drumsticks Recipe

Piri Piri Air Fryer Chicken Drumsticks

Piri Piri is a versatile spice mix believed to have been invented by Portuguese explorers in Mozambique. Our blend includes hot peppers that make the mix fiery and flavoursome. The spice blend can be used as a dry rub for meat, fish or vegetables by simply patting the mixture into the ingredients. To make a marinade the blend should be mixed with a little olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice. This versatile spice blend is also delicious when sprinkled on fries, wedges, dips or snacks for a little extra kick.
