Ingredients:

  • 2 Table spoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 Red Onions
  • 6 Garlic
  • 4 Bay leaves
  • 2 Teaspoon of Zouk BBQ Rub

Method:

Zouk BBQ Rub : Coat ribs with vegetable oil, then generously apply Zouk BBQ Rub. Massage the rub into the meat and marinate for at least 20 minutes for maximum flavour.

Onion Bed: After marinating, arrange the ribs on top of sliced onions in a food pan. The onions will infuse flavour while caramelising during cooking.

Adding spices : Arrange the ribs, then add garlic and bay leaves to the food pan for added flavour as they cook.

Roasting: Slow cook the ribs for 2 hours in the oven , oven temperature will be 160*c

Plating : Plate the ribs and serve with BBQ sauce on side
